Job Purpose:
- To ensure seamless service delivery & customer delight on calls & chat both.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Sales Team KRAs
Salesforce:-
- Entering correct patient information into the Salesforce tool.
- To ensure all the required fields are duly filed in SF & timely reminders are set on it.
- Ensure on-time submission of MAX ID in SF.
Process:-
- Ensuring complete patient satisfaction and assisting them with issues/concerns related to their health.
- Timely follow Up with Patient for Reports & other required details.
- Communicating with Hospital/Unit Spocs regarding patients treatment plan and medical queries.
- Regular follow up with Unit Spocs & Doctors for early revert of a query.
- Escalation Matrix to be followed in every case required.
- TAT needs to be followed for every process i.e. For Chat Within 5 seconds chat needs to be picked, For Lead – Within 5 Minutes action needs to be taken, For inbound Call - 3 seconds to pick the call.
- Serving as a backup whenever process demands.
Quality:-
- Need to follow all the quality parameters mentioned for the process.
- Stay up to date with the latest information related to Treatment cost, Unit Point of Contacts, Packages Details etc.
The roles and responsibilities of executive Supply chain procurement & vendor management are along the similar lines, but not limited to these.
