Job Description- - Non Voice Process
Location - Pune
Resolving customer queries and requests that are received via Email and chat.
Processing and logging requests in case management applications.
Identifying customer needs.
Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues.
Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers.
Proficient computer skills.
Proficient with MS Office suites.
Excellent e-mail etiquette.
Outstanding written communication skills.
Strong people skills.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Qualification: Any Non IT Graduate / Post graduate (Full Time- Without any Backlogs)

The candidate should carry below mentioned documents in Original:
10th, 12th, Graduation and Post-Graduation (Mark Sheet and Certificate). Provisional Degree Certificate
2 Color Passport Size Photographs.
ID Proof - Pan Card, Driving License, Voters ID, and Passport. AADHAAR CARD-Mandatory
Previous Employer - Relieving Letter or Experience Letter. (If Any)
Current Employer - Appointment Letter and Salary Slips (Last 2 - 3 Months) (If any)
