Job Description:
 

• To support and assist the Head of Department in assignments related to Litigation and case management, operational contracts, legal research, drafting of correspondence and legal documents.
• Drafting Notices, Criminal Complaints, Suits, Write Petition and Appeals and appearing for and representing on behalf of Organization in Criminal.
• Provide Prompt guidance and advice to the business team to resolve.
• Litigation and identify risk and manage risk in business practices and company contracts.
• Instrument Act, consumer matter, summary proceeding etc.
• Draft, review written representation and replies to various governmental and quasi-governmental authorities.
• Work with external lawyers, consultants for specific engagements.
