Job Description for Sales Officer
Promotions
- Implement and monitor marketing and promotional programs;
- Take steps to acquire new clients and minimize drop-outs;
Client acquisition
- Screening and orientation etc.
- To collect all the loan documentations to satisfy the KYC norms and also legal compliance Individual client identification,
- To ensure the business credibility of the loan applicant through discussions with buyer, customers and vendors
Loan disbursement:
- Ensure timely disbursement of loans to clients;
- Deliver quality customer service and take corrective measures if necessary.
Repayments and monitoring:
- Ensure all repayments are made on-time as per the policy.
- Ensure that all monitoring formalities are maintained;
- Visit current and potential clients to check on the quality of service
- Manage over-dues/default and maintain good portfolio quality;
Maintain simple transaction records
Assist with accounts, office upkeep
Job Description for Collections Officer
To collect the pending EMI from all 30+ customers of the hub
To take the 30 + customers list and meet them
Segregate customers basis easy to collect and critical to collect
Easy to collect to be collected immediately
Critical to collect should be immediately visited and ensure they are collected within organization time frame
Apprise supervisors about progress in critical cases
Update the collections in tab and deposit the same in Bank
Send the deposit details to MIS and Finance team and ensure BRS is done
Stop roll forwards, especially in buckets 1 - 3
Follow company process and guidelines in recovery
