US Bench Sales Recruiter
Location : 100 % Remote
Salary : As per company (Negotiable)
- Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written) and Technical Aptitude.
- Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants and US staffing Industry.
- Good experience in marketing Bench Consultants Marketing GC & Citizen Bench Consultants
- Good understanding on the various technologies in IT Recruitment and broad understanding on how the market works, etc
- Work with existing vendors as well as generate new vendor contacts to be able to position your bench consultants Identify assess prioritize qualify and close new business opportunities. Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards, social networking sites and apply for consultants.
- Accordingly market them to prospective job openings Deep knowledge
- Marketing the consultant resumes of different skill sets and placing them mainly on C2C basis.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Submit the candidates for the suitable positions and follow up with Vendors on Phone regarding the rates and client interviews.
- Should have own lead data its a fast-paced environment.
