Hiring for our Domestic Call Center - Customer Service Executive - Inbound Customer Service.
Location
- Navi Mumbai (Mahape)
Shift Timings
: Fixed Day Shift (9:00 am to 6:30 pm) / 6 week off in month
Salary :
As per industry norms
- Responsibility of handling inbound calls regarding HL (Home Loan), Loan Against Property (LAP) and Investment Plans.
- Responsible for quality and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
- Timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Inbound Customer Service experience.
- Graduate fresher.
- Preference to candidates from banking industry.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Adaptability / Flexibility.
- Ownership and initiative.
Qualification
: Graduation Fresher or HSC + Inbound experience can apply
