Description
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who will be primarily involved in the recruitment process. The candidate ideally should have a good understanding of the digital media industry.
Responsibilities:
*Recruitment & Retention: will be doing recruitment activity and campaigns, managing Talent
*Employee Relations: managing leave, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness etc. Measure
employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
*Performance management: Looking into performance management issues and processes and
supporting employees on company benefits
*Training: Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention
and improvement
*Policy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes
*Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge
evidencing appropriate decision making skills
Skills/essentials:
*Excellent communication skills
*Should have preferably worked with a reputed media house or digital agency
*Should be able to add value as both an individual contributor and active team member
*Experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals
*Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the executive team.
*Ability to represent the Human Resource function as part of the bigger business picture
*Strong understanding of employment law
*HR Degree from a reputed institute
