Roles and Responsibilities
- Servicing walk in customer, dealer request, request received via courier
- Attending to customer calls
- Servicing customers via Email, CHAT and Whats up
- Meet process goals and metrics including CSAT and NPS
- Complete follow through on customer issues and closure.
Requirements and Skills:
Good Communication Skills Oral and Written
Strong analytical skill
Ability to multitask and manage multiple activities
