Roles and Responsibilities

  • Servicing walk in customer, dealer request, request received via courier
  • Attending to customer calls
  • Servicing customers via Email, CHAT and Whats up
  • Meet process goals and metrics including CSAT and NPS
  • Complete follow through on customer issues and closure.

Requirements and Skills:

Good Communication Skills Oral and Written

Strong analytical skill

Ability to multitask and manage multiple activities
