Roles and Responsibilities
1. Contacting customers and understanding their requirements i.e., Product they need, How much is their budget, How soon they are willing to start, Do they need any customization, etc. 2.
2. New account acquisition and achievement of sales targets
3. Closing the deal over the call or in person.
4. Maintaining records in the CRM of each and every client along with the proper detail of that client.
5. Meet sales targets.
6. Sending proposal. Negotiating, Closing sales.
7.Generate outbound sales activities, leads, and opportunities for our services
8. Responsible for communicating with the client over the phone and online.
9. Understanding client requirements and arranging client visits for closure.
10.Interacting and communicating with the client on a regular basis to determine changing tastes and preferences.
11.Managing conflict and coming up with effective negotiation and sales strategies.
12. Working closely with all teams to ensure seamless service delivery to the customer.
13. Increasing customer satisfaction in terms of the services they are using.
14. Taking the proper feedback from the client and helping the operations team in service up-gradation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Discipline is must
- Must be a Graduate
- Good command in both English and Hindi
- Candidate must possess excellent Verbal, Written, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Creative and out of the box thinking in the sales and marketing context
- Ability to translate intangible services to perceived benefits in the eyes of the customer
