Description
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Preparation of monthly salary input for new joinees in GEP India.
- Validation of Offer and Appointment letter with employee details required for payroll
- Bank Data validation and PF status for new joiners
- ECR update for previous payroll joiners
- Update and maintain resignation data
- Manage employee queries and resolve the same within TAT
- Preparation and Validation of Full & Final settlement data & check IT proofs.
- Sharing F&F computation sheets and tax-slips post F&F settlement with ex-employees.
- Sharing recovery mailers and keep a track on the same.
- Validation and keeping track of secondary payments like Night shift allowance, Referral, Joining Bonus, Relocation, 2nd cut salary release data.
OTHER
- Responsible for creation and updating C&B SOPs / Policy, Payroll handbook, FAQs & guidelines
- Work on automation project to bring in efficiency and controls
- Preparing monthly dashboard and key metrics on payroll governance
