Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Candidates have good command over English & Hindi is Mandatory.
2. Candidates should have good knowledge in MS Office & Operating Systems.
3. Should have good knowledge in Customer Relationship Management.
4. Technically manage the customer queries and solve their queries within turn around time.
