Description
We have an urgent opening for Helpdesk Executive with a reputed company at Borivali.
Position - Helpdesk Executive
Location - Borivali
Salary - 12000 - 15000 Net
Shift - Rotational Shift
Must have basic excel knowledge
Only male candidates can apply
Freshers are also welcomed.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming telephone and email in line with client service levels
- Accurately record details of the caller, request and severity work
- Provide high levels of customer and supplier satisfaction, applying logic and common sense to requests for assistance.
- Proven data entry ability, good keyboard skills and the ability to work with shared files and folders.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail when obtaining and inputting information.
- A clear and professional telephone manner.
- Proven experience within a customer service role where excellence’ is paramount.
- Ready to travel (within Country when required) and work in shifts as per the operational timings.
- Demonstrable evidence of developing effective working relationships with key customers / contacts.
- Experience of providing helpdesk or call center service highly desirable
- Experience of working with customer service targets, KPI’s (Key performance indicators), SLA’s (service level agreements)
- Self-starter driven to succeed with a will to personally develop.
Working Hours: You will be required to work 6 days per week, 9 hours per day, on a rotational basis including night shifts.
