The job requires an individual to have an overall detailed understanding of the operations carried out by the Mid-Mile or at the Hub level.

Key responsibility:
- Handle a team of 5-15 both on-roll and off-roll employees
- Ground operations
- Inbound operation.
- Floor Management
- Outbound operations
- Scheduling the inbound vehicles in the dashboard based on the vehicles expected.
- Planning and executive the unloading, sorting and crossdocking shipments based on the connections expected.
- Aiding in the loading process, cross-checking the list of shipments to be loaded.
- Working on the reports of facility to load the FIFO, escalated and top priority shipments, using Microsoft Excel.
- Plan and organize the day-to-day assigned tasks and responsibilities based on the operational requirement and priority
- The position requires an individual with integrity and sincere in carrying out his/her duties.
- The individual should be highly flexible to work in fast-paced and highly challenging environment.
- Should have good communication skills and should be able to openly communicate with the ground team as well as the leadership team.
