As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) with Ample B2B Sales, Services, & Support, you will be working in a dynamic sales environment, responsible for qualifying, negotiating, and closing sales.

You are required to educate Small Business Customers on the suite of Ample Products and Services and encourage adoption to help Businesses perform to drive early success.

The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated ability (in the current job) to think about business challenges and further uncover through probing and profiling.

And effectively present the value proposition of Ample products and services as business solutions. You are expected to strive in a weekly rigour of performance and reviews.

To be successful in this role you will need to have basic MS office skills, ability to work on CRM, communicate effectively, and handle sales objections to achieve desired outcomes.

The candidate is required to work with internal teams and escalate appropriately to move things quickly for customers and promote seamless Customer Experience.

This role provides opportunity to come up with new ideas and approaches to improve Lead Generation and Sales Qualified Leads in a competitive and ever changing business climate.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to identify potential customers.
  • Effective use of internet and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to acquire new Business / Logo / Customer.
  • Maintain an active and up-to-date customer record and business activity on CRM and trackers as needed.
  • To be able to hold a focused conversation with the customers to identify sales opportunities.
  • Able to probe and profile to find up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • To involve right stakeholder (Product Managers / Specialists, BDMs, etc.) to add value.
  • Stay informed about competition products impacting the opportunity.
  • Keeping pace with new product lines and sales pitch to over come objections and stay relevant.
  • Own sales targets and manage performance against targets to consistently achieve the numbers.
  • Maintain overall business hygiene, own Key Performance Indicators, and succeed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferably computer science.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in selling IT: laptops, desktops, monitors, tablets, accessories, etc.
  • Awareness on Apple products is a value add.
  • Basic understanding on Enterprise products like: servers, storage, network, etc.
  • Professional and personable communication skills: speaking and written.
  • Focused and active listening to respond honestly and precise to the point.
  • Able to operate in a system with speed and accuracy to meet Ample standards.
