KEY DELIVERABLES EXPECTED:
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communications skills to connect with Internal & External Customers.
- Must have relevant Travel vertical experience and domain knowledge.
- Should be good in managing / handling customer queries and irate customers & providing faster resolution.
- Confident in handling multiple chat simultaneously.
- Able to handle both inbound & outbound calls.
- Open for rotational shift in 24X7 environment
- Should be able to work in live contact center environments with pre schedule breaks.
- Should have customer centric mindset and good on showing empathy in chat as well.
QUALIFICATION:
- Graduates/Under Grads
- Multi-lingual European languages (Optional)
- Certification in Travel Applications/Domain
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages
