Job Description

KEY DELIVERABLES EXPECTED:

  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communications skills to connect with Internal & External Customers.
  • Must have relevant Travel vertical experience and domain knowledge.
  • Should be good in managing / handling customer queries and irate customers & providing faster resolution.
  • Confident in handling multiple chat simultaneously.
  • Able to handle both inbound & outbound calls.
  • Open for rotational shift in 24X7 environment
  • Should be able to work in live contact center environments with pre schedule breaks.
  • Should have customer centric mindset and good on showing empathy in chat as well.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduates/Under Grads
  • Multi-lingual European languages (Optional)
  • Certification in Travel Applications/Domain
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages

KEY COMPETENCIES / KEY SKILLS

  • Excellent Communication skills both written & verbal (English) European languages (optional)
  • Team player and contribute towards Team goals
  • Should be able to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Flexible to work with roster offs & shifts
