Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. To assist QC- Officer/Executive to Handle of all documentation and compliances of requirements under FDCA, cGMP, WHO-GMP, USFDA, MHRA etc
2. To assist QC- Officer/ Executive to up-date SOPs & ensuring strict compliance of the same.
3. To assist QC- Officer/ Executive in reviewing & tracking all NCRD of Raw Materials, Intermediates and Finished Goods.
4. To ensure smooth dispatches of FG by timely allocation of same.
5. To assist QC Executive to monitor product quality at every stage of production & give timely feedback to production team for quality deviations.
6. Assisting production department in reprocessing and other operational problems
7. To Assist QC- Officer/ Executive in Monitoring, Installation and Commissioning of new Lab Equipments.
8. To ensure Safety, Environment Control and Housekeeping in all related Departments.
9. To assist QC Officer/Executive to arrange Inspection by Clients in co-ordination with Stores when required.
10. To Assist QC Officer/Executive to update QP of FG & SPM of Raw Materials / Packing Materials based on changes in Specifications / Process / Data-Base / Production & Marketing requirements.
11. To maintain Statistical Techniques in the department and maintain records.
12. Any other job assigned by the Management /Superiors.
