Primary Function

  • Driving sales growth in the assigned territory by following sales processes and executing the sales objectives in market place every day.

Core Responsibilities

  • Primary and Secondary sales target achievement
  • Regularly visiting the market and ensuring visible availability of our brands
  • Ensuring all processes SOPs are followed without any exceptions as per company policy.
  • Motivating driving the team of ISRs to achieve business objectives.

Position Accountability / Scope

  • Sales Execution responsibility of assigned geography.
  • Internal - sales team at HO, marketing and other backend support teams in HO.
  • External - Distributors and other related or defined customers.

Minimum Education

  • Graduate
