Roles and Responsibilities :
-Recruit Agents and source business for the company
-Training and Licensing of the Agents
-Activate Agents on a monthly basis as per given plan to achieve business targets
-Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained
-Understand, monitor and develop agents and ensure they meet the career progression
-Generate Revenue and Acquire new customers
-Mandatory Attendance at meetings and training programs, as per management guidelines
-Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on ongoing basis
-Comply with all the policies and procedures laid down by the company
-Reporting and Database MIS
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Recruitment, training and development of IRDA licensed advisers or identify new potential workforce who can sell health insurance by giving them fresh agency.
- Achieving Sales Target through advisers.
- Advisers promotional activities to increase awareness and sales.
- Regular unit meetings of advisers to abreast them with latest updates.
- Doing joint calls with agents to develop their skills.
- Organizing health awareness activities time on time.
