Roles and Responsibilities
he Territory Sales Incharge will be responsible to achieve pre-agreed sales targets and maintain customer relationships within an assigned territory
- You will be managing the assigned dealers, Sub-dealers and drive secondary sales target from those customers.
- Min 10-12 calls/day & ensuring to achieve daily secondary target along with beat targets with related KPI's.
- Ensuring Purchase being registered under Crown Club app and educate customers.
- Market analysis & competitors study for identifying new sub dealers/direct dealers/distributors on regular basis & appointing new dealers and retailers in the assigned territory.
- Meeting existing dealer/distributors on regular basis as per assigned beats and ensure beat adherence.
- Engaging with influencers like fabricators & architects & Conducting promotional activities like Sub dealer meet etc.
- Monitoring and Analysing new dealers performance to assess among new dealers/sub dealers which can be elevated to new scheme, also communicating the same with dealers.
- Scheme tracking and its effectiveness on daily basis.
- Product Knowledge of Saint Gobain with new product launch - pitching to distributors/direct dealers/Sub-dealers.
- Taking initiatives to guide dealers through their first phase like in-shop selling, expansion/customisation of product range with right display at counters.

Age- below 28 Yrs
Qualification -Minimum 50% Aggregate through all academic
