Roles & Responsibilities :Responsible to convert the inbound leads and outbound leads ( Medical, Non-Medical or NGO Leads)Responsible to achieve daily, weekly & monthly set targetsAbility to make 40 - 50 calls or more in a dayRespond, manage & resolve end to end customer queries of inbound and outboundCommunicate and increase the participation of the customer to fundraise on the platformCommunicate with customers through series of actions ( either via phone calls, email or chats)Develop long-lasting relationships with the customers that exceed the company and customer experienceFollow SOPs and adapt new processesCollaborating with multiple teams, understanding the process and seamless integrating sales & customer serviceBasic Qualification :1 or 2 years of experience as a sales executive, customer service executive, or operations associateExperience in handling customer callsExperience working on CRMs
