Job Description

Communication

  1. Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, Whatsapp ,video conferencing and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship
  2. Answer incoming / outgoing calls and respond to customer?s calls (Average 90+call @day)
  3. KYC ? Know our buyer profile. (B2B B2C)- Identify and Understand the Leads
  4. Resolve customer Client complaints first Stage.
  5. Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable tools
  6. Identify and escalate issues to HOD
  7. Route calls to appropriate resources or departments
  8. Adhere to company policies, procedures culture and business ethics.
  9. Work closely within a sales marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues.
  10. Develop content to support lead nurturing efforts for RM?s

Technical

  1. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  2. Recognize, document, and alert the HOD of trends in customer calls
  3. Follow up customer calls (The lead team will have to interact with the client till the time the 1st meeting is done)
  4. Upsell products and services
  5. Complete call logs and reports
  6. Other duties as assigned by HOD or team Leader
  7. Need to Close Franchise directly
