Please find the below mentioned Job Description:
- Tele Calling for customers queries, Loan closer, Emis dispute & other customer queries
- Rendering regular feedback to the collections team on the portfolio performance, quality of sourcing & market trends
- Handling customers queries & issues and try to resolve them at the earliest
- Responsible for handling & manage collection telecalling.
