Description
Provide end user provisioning and support for CRM tools like Salesforce and various other ERP and analytical tools like Documentum, QlikView and various other in-house applications used by the business or functional area.
Duties are varied and include: User access provisioning and resolution of complex user access and other security administration issues; participate in and may coordinate user projects related to application and hardware installations and upgrades; participate in developing test scripts and coordinates user acceptance testing of technology components; develops and/or updates user documentation and procedures; develops and conducts user/support team training; tracks performance trends and recommends process improvements; understands quality, security and compliance requirements for user area and may participate in BCP activities.
Essential qualifications/ Market skill set : 0-2 years of end user provisioning/Identity and access mgmt. experience in Salesforce and Documentum
Report creation knowledge in Salesforce and Documentum
Fair Understanding of the Investment Banking workflow
Knowledge of ticketing tools preferably JIRA
Working knowledge of Sharepoint/Confluence
Exposure to UAT, Smoke and functional testing
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with process Automation
Savvy with Excel reporting
Preferred Skills Abilities:
Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions
Solid knowledge and understanding of IT processes and technologies
Experience writing and executing test cases to support software development and planning test cycles to support software releases.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
