Job Description

RemoteICU is a leader in the Tele-Health industry based in the United States. We are seeking to employ Technical Support Engineers at our 24/7 Bangalore Helpdesk Center. This is role fast-paced and requires excellent English both written and verbal. No exceptions.

No relocation, you must live in Bangalore be native to Bangalore.

Must be willing to work day and night shifts.

Compensation included for transportation for night shifts.

Tuition reimbursement for technical courses.

Roles and Responsibilities
 

  • Strong Knowledge with Microsoft Operating Systems & PC Hardware configuration. Not just as Power user, but as an Administrator. Microsoft Certifications are preferred.
  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues to our Doctors worldwide.
  • Knowledge on switching, routing, IPv4 is preferred
  • Provide top quality technical support, troubleshooting of IT networks and communications systems, including associated medical applications.
  • Monitor the company global network and troubleshoot any issues/outages with relevant ISP. Communication with ISP if needed. Excellent English is required to communicate effectively.
  • Daily workstation maintenance and QA procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco Routers & Switches, etc. if preferred.
  • Accurate documentation is required to log complex issues and real-time reporting.
  • Troubleshooting network issues.
  • Deploying and updating software.

**Must live in Bangalore**

**Great English is a MUST both written and verbal**
