Technical Recruiter
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Title/Designation: Technical Recruiter.
Employment Type: Contract 1 Year (Post that will look the Business need / requirement
Location: CRI Bangalore
Department: (Center of Research & Innovation)
2 -- 8 years of relevant experience with end-to-end recruitment process
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house recruiter)
- Responsible for Hiring (Jr. to Sr. Management Positions) across functions/locations.
- Using various sources to hire resources like Campus recruitment / Job portals / referrals / social media.
- Sourcing IT profiles and screening accordingly : (Software || IOT || Engineering Design || Power Electronic)
- Calling the candidates and discussing all the relevant skills required for the particular role and aligning accordingly.
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Crafting the Job Descriptions.
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard. keep a continues touch with offered candidate till on boarding.
- Collecting the documentation / coordinating with candidates to filling up the online application form for releasing LOI.
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of technology trends, compensation and benefits
- Attention to detail and ensuring accuracy.
