Behavioral Skills:
- Good customer handling capabilities and should have good communication skills.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
- Comfortable in interacting with external customers and internal stakeholders, should have good interpersonal skills.
- Should be a team player and coordinate well between Internal and External teams
- Should be able to work in a 24X7 shift when needed.
Analytical Skills :
- Good to have hands-on experience on Linux platform, should be able to troubleshoot issues related to Application & Linux environments by looking into logs and Database tables and monitoring platforms like ELK, Graffana.
- Manage customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution.
- Run monitoring reports for usage, performance, and/or availability
- Should have worked with any RDBMS. Hands-on experience with MySql preferred.
- Create documentation and procedures guidelines.
- Meet SLAs like response and resolution times by partnering within L1, L2 and L3 Support functions
- Good understanding of Cloud hosted applications will be added advantage
- Exposure to ITIL, CICT, ITSM would be added advantages
- Document solutions for knowledge-base and bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the Support team.
