Back Dock Controller [Store Warehouse Executive]
Reports to
Administrative: Store Manager and Functional: Logistic
Qualification, Experience
Minimum 1year experience of warehouse or store support operations,
MS-Excel knowledge, SAP knowledge preferred

Key Responsibilities
Back Dock
- Responsible for the back dock and safety & security of inventory
- Timely GRN for merchandise and non-merchandise articles
- Timely Customer delivery for store deliveries (Including OOPs)
- Repacking and checking product content before despatch to ensure there is no customer dissonance
- Timely Returns and RPA handling for shipping to DC/ Brand
- Immediate movement of the stocks to floor post receipt
- Completely responsible for for PID process (Compliance to schedule, conduct, accuracy of the PID and reporting to the SM
- Take corrective actions based on health check report
- On time pick up & reconciliation of trade-ins against sales
Safety:
- Responsible for safety and following SOPs for storage and product handling
