Designation: Talent Acquisition (Executive/Sr. Executive)
Location: Noida
Job Role:
- Source, hire and close positions as per specification within the stipulated time maintaining the optimum cost of hiring
- End to end Recruitment
- Support the internal projects by hiring within TAT
- Build and maintain a good quality pipeline using the available resources to the optimum viz. Job Portals, Walk-ins, Advertisements, Employee Referrals etc.
- Establish relevant documentation and maintain records
- Be proactive in assisting Line Managers with staffing requirements
- Stakeholder management
- Good knowledge of hiring through Job Portals/References/Social media/networking
