Description
Location : Udyog Vihar, Gurugram office
The role would report to the Head of Human Resources.
*12+ yrs. of experience preferably in banking/ Financial industry. Investment Banking experience is a good to have.
*Lead team of internal recruiters and vendor partners to find the right talent for the organization.
*Managing stakeholders in India & Global offices with excellent inter-personal skills
*Exhibit high level of maturity in dealing with HR / organizational matters
*Mature individual with awareness of talent in the market/ can gather market intelligence
*Work with stakeholders to devise hiring strategy.
*May have to get into end to end recruiting for senior/ confidential hiring.
*Drive Projects in Talent Acquisition in close collaboration with global HR team e.g. implementation of ATS and other overall projects.
