Profile - Talent Acquisition Associate
Ensure timely sourcing of candidates for all new & replacement positions.
Interview coordination and documentation of interview proceedings.
Creating induction schedules for the new joiners and sharing with the respective managers for smooth on-boarding.
Maintaining the trackers.
Ensure the most cost optimal resource is used for sourcing profiles for maximising the cost efficiency
*Must have worked on IT And Not IT positions including Sales positions.
