Roles and Responsibilities

Managing Active Directory and User management in Windows Server and Firewall.

Creation and setting up of user accounts, emails and installing of other desktop software on Windows.

Managing Desktop and LAN infrastructure in the office.

Management of backup infrastructure and execution.

Troubleshooting Server, Desktop Applications & Network performance in case of issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge of working on Windows Server OS.

Infrastructure services such as DHCP, DNS, FTP, Email etc.

Expert in Microsoft Windows to support Desktops.

Knowledge in network infrastructure including firewalls, routers and switches, wireless networking.

Basic Network administration and troubleshooting skills.

Office Location : Poonamallee High Road, Purasawalkam. Walking distance from Egmore Suburban and Metro Station.
