Job Description with Roles & Responsibilities: He will be performing the following jobs andwould be working from onsite (customer site):-

1) Coordinate with IMC team for day to day operations
2) Coordinate for e-toc operations and maintain all records and transactionsfor PSM
3) Would be the SPOC for PSM operations for ABB and coordinate with the CentralPSM for all the reports and compliance posture for ABB
4) Help the Account team for day to day calls changes and report to customerif necessary
5) Vendor management - coordination with vendor for hardware fault reporting replacement and arrange for the gate pass as part of Data Center Operations

The candidate can be fresher or 1-2 years experience with computer background
