Job Description

• Looking for resource with 0-1 years of relevant experience
• Installing Windows and Linux server Operating Systems and create user logins, administering the system and performance in domain environment.
• Configuring and troubleshooting various operating systems like Linux & Windows
• Installations and administrating various application software (MS office, Adobe, Visual Studio & few customized client application)
• Installation and configuring of e-mail clients like Microsoft outlook solve related problems.
• Basic knowledge on desktop, laptop issue.
• Basic knowledge on Remote control tools such as Dameware, RDP, Anydesk and Team Viewers.
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Azure & Office 365
• Basic networking troubleshooting skills including TCP/IP and the ability to configure network printers
• Basic knowledge on Internet Connectivity.
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and File Servers
• Perform Basic level administrative task like (i.e. Creating Domain on IIS server, MS SQL DB)
• Willing to work on rotational shifts (24/5)
