Job Description

about the role

  • Technical operational role: Manage Microsoft TEAMS, Skype for Business and UC Solutions (on-premises and online) based on SOP’s and ensure immediate escalation to competent authority in order to ensure uptime.
  • Implementation Role : Ability to build and transform Microsoft UC solutions (TEAMS, O365, SFB, SBC DR) for Global customer.

Key Spoc for

  1. Operational Support for Incident, Change and Problem Tickets.
  2. Getting resolution from third parties, vendors and OEM’s for fault and build query.
  3. Move to production support.
  4. Documentation and reporting.
  5. Knowledge management (KEDB).
  6. Build and Support to Microsoft TEAMS, SFB (On-premises, Online) integratation with IP PBX, SBC & third party solutions.
  7. Proven experience troubleshooting technical issues
  8. Excellent handling of Implementation projects
  9. Participate in Change management, assess Risk and Impact
  10. Take initiatives in learning, certifications & evaluating new networking technology & tools
  11. Driving technical knowledge transfers & awareness session on best practices within team by proper training session
  12. Analyse customer problems and formulates plans to implementto obtain resolutions.

about you

  • Rich hands on experience of build and manage of Microsoft TEAMS, SFB, O365, and AudioCodes SBC.
  • Additionally essential knowledge of IP telephony, Voice Mails, Unified Communication, data networking, PSTN protocols, SIP, VOIP protocols, TCP/IP and Windows OS.

Hands on experience (build and manage) on Microsoft UCC (On-premises, Hybrid and Online)

  1. Fully competent with Microsoft TEAMS, Skype for Business and O365 with enterprise voice feature.
  2. PowerShell administration (creating and applying various policies, using CSV’s, etc.)
  3. Exchange UM administration - Dial plan creation, Auto Attendant configuration, UM-enabling
  4. TEAMS and Skype Online administration (licensing, calling plans, creating custom dial plans, creating and assigning various global and user level policies, building call flows, Skype for Business and TEAMS interoperability modes, CQD etc.)
  5. Knowledge of AudioCodes CloudBond 365, AudioCodes E-SBC, AudioCodes EMS/OVOC, AudioCodes Mediant Gateways and Analog Media Packs etc.
  6. Clear understanding of integration with Ribbon SBC, AudioCodes SBC & other IP PBX devices
  7. Call centre configuration and administration (Clarity Connect, Anywhere 365).
  8. Experience with Microsoft Security and Compliance functionality within Office 365 a plus.
  9. Experience in preparing action plan for complex activities.
  10. Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving network issues impacting voice quality.
  11. Positions will require to work in rotational shifts to support 24 * 7 operations /project assignments

BE/Graduation/Diploma in either Electronics or Telecom

Certifications

  1. MS-740: Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Support Engineer Specialty (highy desired)
  2. MS-700: Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (mandatory)
  3. AudioCodes – ACA, ACP (preferred)
  4. 70-333: Deploying Enterprise Voice with Skype for Business 2015 (Preferred)
  5. 70-334: Core Solutions of Microsoft Skype for Business 2015 (preferred)
  6. PMP/Prince (optional), ITIL (mandatory)
