Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and implement sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract passive candidates, simplify processes and find better ways of supporting clients.
- Execute the recommended sourcing strategy using priority-sourcing channels, conduct initial phone screens, and maintain candidate information in Candidate Management System.
- Use professional networking sites, generate market intelligence, competitive mapping across Professional Services/Fortune 500 companies.
- Deliver outstanding client service, display problem-solving, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Effectively work with people, be collaborative, cross-functional, and diplomatic, while adapting to a changing environment and conditions.
- Recommend tools, channels, and best-practices for talent attraction and sourcing globally
- Regularly track pipeline, priorities, and performance data to share with internal stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- 0-5 years of experience in a sourcing or a research role at an executive search firm, management consulting in an HR related field or recruiting within a corporate environment, including passive candidate identification, market mapping and creating/maintaining talent pools.
- Key recruiting skills involving candidate identification, qualification, research and using application tracking systems
- Ability to learn market and competitive changes quickly, best-in-class search process, including candidate research and outreach techniques
- Strong consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the firm as well as with external Talent market
- Strong knowledge of recruiting-based websites, applicant tracking systems and creative sourcing techniques. Candidate identification via Boolean/internet searching.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
