HCL Technologies is hiring freshly passed out graduates and non-graduates through HCL First Career program in which we will be providing assured job through training and hiring program that is aimed at new college graduates who are looking for the right first step for their global career in IT and Non IT Services. Under this program they will be trained in IT or Non-IT field as per their capabilities. On the successful completion of their training, candidate will be converted into a fulltime HCL Technologies employee.

Eligibility : Fresher Engineers
* Graduate Engineers with B. E/ B. Tech/ BCA/B.Voc /MCA / B.Sc. & M.Sc. (CS/IT)/MS with no prior experience or up to 2 years of experience
* 65% & above Marks in Class XII and Graduation or Post Graduation
* Year of Graduation should be 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022
* Training fee - 1.50 L plus GST
Eligibility: Graduate Trainee / IT Support
* UG in any science or humanities stream. IT /CSC given priority
* 60% & above Marks in Class XII and Graduation
* Year of Passing - No bar
*Training fee - 1 L plus GST
Starting Salary 2.20 to 2.75 LPA
Training duration 3 to 6 months
Job Location – Nagpur (Only Candidates with proper Government Address Proof from Nagpur, Amravati, Chandrapur, Wardha, Yavatmal and Bhandara will be Eligible)
Program Details & Highlights:
- The eligible candidate will have to undergo an Online Test, followed by an interview.
- Candidate undergoes 3- 6 months of high-end Technical/Non-Technical training.
- Stipend of Rs. 3750 is provided for On the job training or Professional Practice Term duration for both technical and non technical roles.
- Only 20% of the fee need to be paid by the candidates, rest of the fee amount can be taken as loan from partnered bank.
- EMI of loan starts post completion of training i.e. from the next month after completion of the training period.
- Candidate are deployed under HCL Tech as for Software Engineer/Analyst profiles/ICC/DCOPS/RDS/Financial shared service/Business Service(DPO).
- Candidate gets an assured job post successful completion of training
