Site merchandiser
KRAs
1) Executing storewide promotions and working closely with the supply teams to schedule and execute them.
2) Manage and execute promotion calendar- coordinating site banner creations and social media content creation with the marketing team.
3) Execute marketing plan including email programs, site wide events, cross-category placements etc.
4) Work closely with cross functional teams buyers for private label/clusters for marketplace, marketing and store operations to merchandise on-site on daily basis.
5) Support creation of category pages, brand stores, develop and manage free search improvement projects.
6) Manage and review merchandise presentation on site to ensure the imagery, copy and customer communication are accurate and meet internal guidelines and deadlines.
7) Provide assortment inputs based on historical and current product performance.
8) Monitoring traffic, click through ratio and conversion ratio to improve spend efficiency and customer experience.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
1) Experience in online merchandising, digital marketing exposure and/or customer facing online experience.
2) Graduate in fashion retailing/retail marketing/communication.
3) 2 to 3 years of experience in fashion retail, or visual merchandising.
4) Computer skills including MS word, Excel and Power point.
5) Understanding of fashion and of visual impact on selling.
6) Strong follow through and ability to plan ahead skills.
7) Understanding of digital marketing.
