Job Title: Service Delivery Executive (L2)
Location: Mumbai, India
Reporting Manager: Shift Leads
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Coordinate with the Queue Organizers on effective job allocation
• Responsible for appropriate and on-time client communication
• Accountable to interpret the client instructions correctly and communicate the same to the
production & quality teams
• After Production & before Quality Check, ensure the client instructions are incorporated in
the job
• Ensure accurate Record Maintenance & Time Tracking
• Operate within the agreed Standard Operating Procedures
• Follow proper Document Management Systems • Maintain organizational and Client
Confidentiality
• Retrieve, store and dispose of customer files and data per defined procedures
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Queue management & prioritization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• PowerPoint skills are good to have
• Willingness to work on rotational shifts (including weekend shifts)
Education and Experience:
• Graduate or equivalent preferred
• Overseas client handling experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience - call center / any client servicing role
Shift Timing:
• Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts 7 AM to 4 PM / 1 PM to 10 PM / 7 PM to
4 AM / 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM (in IST).
Training Plan:
• 3 to 5 weeks of training in PowerPoint & client template
• 1 to 2 weeks of on-the-job training
