Job Description

• Developing and maintaining recruting strategies to ensure a successful search in a given time frame.
• Working with Hiring managers and HR Personnel to determine staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts.
• Review application to identify and arrange preliminary interviews with the most promising candidate.
• Consulting with HR manager on staffing and recruitment policies Ensuring compliance with equal employment opportunities.
• Update and track recruitment files prepare and place job advertising across appropriate media.
• Coordinate internal job posting and performance preferences.
• Can handle strategic management, workforce planning and employment, risk management.

Other Requirements :
