Description
At least 4+ years of overall HR management experience 0f which 1+ year hands-on experience in general administration.
Recruitment Experience in technical recruitment activities, screening, candidate follow, scheduling interviews and selection is desirable
On boarding - Employee on boarding and induction process
Training & Development of resources
Performance Management - reviews of employees and co-ordination with superiors on continuous feedback process
Experience in Employee engagement, periodic feedback and reviews is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must
People oriented and results driven
Prior experience in IT / ITES environment is an advantage
Job Responsibilities
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive working environment
Handling general administration activities, Office Infrastructure upkeep, preventive maintenance
Statutory compliance and management - PF, ESI, Labor
IT Recruitment, Employee On boarding, Induction and Training
Leave management, Time keeping, Staff welfare activities
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Performance management, continuous feedback and review of employees,
Employee engagement, motivation and retention of human capital
Daily / monthly reporting, analysis of team performance and improvement plans
Need to be mobile and move between the office locations of the company between M.G.Road and Info park
