• Assist team members in marketing activities for multiple PhonePe apps. The function is responsible for driving performance marketing activities through various channels - Google Adwords, Facebook Manager, Preburn Partnerships and Networks.
• Collaborate with analytics, marketing product, design & finance functions on a daily basis to ensure daily reporting of key business KPIs
• Work with legal, compliance and procurement teams to manage vendor onboarding & agreements while safeguarding PhonePe business interests.
• Have strong communication and negotiation skills for vendor selection and management. Assertive enough to command our requirements with external and internal stakeholders
• Handle day to day business operations with internal stakeholders
• Be able to influence stakeholders across various functions to drive initiatives & data driven decision making

Job requirements

• B.Tech/BE/Bcom/BBA/MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
• 0-2 years of experience in any corporate environment is a plus
• Strong problem solving mindset & right analytical approach for solving the same
• Penchant for business & curiosity to learn & understand how the product works
• Good communication skills and strong logical reasoning
