Job Description

Ensure Discoverability of Relevant Partners by Ensuring Well Deserved Partners are Ranked on Top Assisting Pareto Partners to Build a Network of Preferred Partners & Filtering out Partners with poor performance metrics Building a Pool of Monetization through Seller Banner Ads, SLA Campaigns, Running Partner Campaigns through Marketing Bandwidth Reading & analyzing Data Which would help define Success Metrics for Partners on FK Platform & Take Corrective Actions wherever required. Ensuring a High Seller NPS for Sellers Taking Ecosystems Services Ensure to Increase Seller Adoption on Ecosystems.. Key Job Description: Manage a Portfolio of Pareto Partners for Ecosystems and Help them Grow Rapidly on Flipkart. Managing Approx 15 Partners for Flipkart across Multiple Ecosystems. Attend Weekly Reviews with the Partners to Show them Business Metrics and Take Actions to Improve these Metrics. Define New Metrics if Required. Take Control of Monetization Targets for the Partners and Ensure the Monetization Targets are Delivered. Build Marketing Campaigns along with the Service Partner and Executing the Same with the Help of Marketing Teams Take Control of the Success Metrics of Ecosystems Like Adoption, SSAT & Ensure to Drive the same Through the Partners Allotted to the KAM. Attend Weekly Review with Leadership of Flipkart and Speak about the Progress of your Accounts that you are Managing.
