SFDC Administrator (L1 Support)
Educational Qualification: BCA
Experience: Freshers
Technical Skills: JAVA, Web Application basics, Cloud basics, Reports and Dashboards basics
Age: Less than 30 yrs.
Job Role:
- End-to-End requirement Analysis, design and development
- Manage Users, groups and passwords
- Synchronize identity data across systems/platform
- Configure security for different levels of users
- Group Management, User Lifecycle Management, Periodic assessment of accesses
- Workflows for User provisioning Multi-level approvals
- Having an understating related to Integrations and configurations
- Case Management and Ticketing system tracking QRC management
- Providing technical support via Online and Offline model
- Excellent analysis, debugging and troubleshooting skills and persistent problem solver
- Willingness to travel as per job requirement and provide technical training/coaching and support
- Preferred candidate with Salesforce experience
