Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for merchant on-boarding, solutioning, increasing throughputs through merchant acquisition strategy.
- Fulfilling the assigned targets.
- Managing the existing portfolio of Key/Retail Merchants.
- Ensure installation/activation / retention of merchants, Grow market share. Keep an eye on new openings, competitors.
- Cross sell various banking products like Savings Account / Current Accounts Asset products etc.
- Resolve merchant queries from product training, Coordination with technical service provider, statement queries, payment queries and any other query raised by the merchant.
- Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and satisfactory internal audit.
- Ensuring compliance and security procedures are adhered to properly
Qualification - Graduation from any discipline.
Relevant Experience - 1-3 years of experience Preferred Industry experience.
Functional Competencies - Aware of Banking regulations, products and sales structure. Must
have Sales experience in POS/QR (Merchant Acquiring Business), Payment gateway, B2B or
related area.
Behavioral Competencies - Selling and negotiation skills & Team Player
