Title: Sales Officer /Senior Officer / Asst. Manager- Sales & Collections

Purpose of Job:
To Manage loans at spoke level
Job Components/Responsibilities:
Promotions
o Implement and monitor marketing and promotional programs;
o Take steps to acquire new clients and minimize drop-outs;
Client acquisition
o Screening and orientation etc.
o To collect all the loan documentation to satisfy the KYC norms and also legal compliance Individual client identification,
o To ensure the business credibility of the loan applicant through discussions with buyers, customers, and vendors
Loan disbursement:
o Ensure timely disbursement of loans to clients;
o Deliver quality customer service and take corrective measures if necessary.
Repayments and monitoring:
o Ensure all repayments are made on time as per the policy.
o Ensure that all monitoring formalities are maintained;
o Visit current and potential clients to check on the quality of service
o Manage over-dues/default and maintain good portfolio quality;
Maintain simple transaction records
Assist with accounts, office upkeep
Qualifications:
0-3 years experience
Aged below 35 yrs.
