Description
Sales Representative is accountable for:
- Correct distribution and proper presentation of our company brands according to the standards set from time to time.
- Implementation of promotions,
- Selling in of new brands and SKUs.
- Ensuring proper level of stock and stock rotation
- Sales targets as defined by the company.
- Manage distributors/ dealers.
- Identify newer avenues of business
- Responsible for collection in time and follow-up of outstandings
- To ensure a healthy realization of the sales volume activities.
- Track competition volumes and monitor competitor activities to evaluate brand performance.
Ensure Brand Basics of brands across all channels Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Within a designated area of coverage, visit the outlets according to the visitation schedule agreed with his supervisor
- To ensure that the outlets carry the prioritised portfolio of SKUs
- To ensure that the outlets maintain sufficient stock levels (on shelf and in storage) to sustain the expected pace of sales
- To merchandise the outlet according to the standards set
- To handle product and trade complaints in a professional manner
- To give market feedback to his supervisor.
- To build and maintain strong relationship with outlets in order to derive mutually beneficial gains and to enable the sell in of our various programs
- To report accurately on the activities and actions that he has undertake
