Roles and Responsibilities

• Monthly Sales Target achievement.
• Cross selling of other products to MSME customers .
• Adhere lending norms and integrity in customer transactions.
• Soft bucket collection responsibility.
• Active participation in BTL activities.
• Special Requirements (if any) : Understanding the sales & credit process of Micro/small MSME loans. Basic understanding on Balance Sheet, P&L."
