- Responsible for sales report preparation like sales dashboard, target V/s actual achievement on daily basis, also preparing sales report product-wise, distributor wise, state wise, zone wise sales.
- Responsible for stock report preparation & monitoring product wise, material size wise, plant/depot wise, FG/WIP wise.
- Responsible for production report preparation & monitoring product wise, material size wise, plant wise, day wise..
- Responsible for preparation monthly incentive payout for sales team.
- Responsible for preparation chart & graphs for presentation & sales analysis like sales growth, Sales comparison CM Vs LY, CM Vs LM, sales trend, sales forecasting and sales budgeting, month wise, quarterly wise, half yearly wise& financial year wise for BU Head.
- Coordination with distribution networks regarding complaints, marketing team & zonal offices for logistic support, planning for marketing visit & marketing activity.
- Respond on customer complaints & support in resolution.
- Publishing distributor/dealer scheme, achievement status via email & SMS.
- Responsible for preparation of target letter basis criteria set by organization for sales officer, regional sales manager on monthly basis.
