Job Description

1 Sales Order & Quotation booking, OBD Execution.

2 Verifying supporting document & required approval attached before booking CM/DM &
Quotation.

3 Same day OBD release under product allocation and monitor excessive OBD by ensuring proper
utilization.

4 Dealer Material Allocation appropriately in due consultation with State heads.

5 MIS Preparation & Presenting to HODs 6 Coordinating with RMs for HO Query

7 Material Requirement Fulfilment from PPC +Stock tracking, Follow up of shortages for your
restive region.

8 Providing Monthly stock indents for your respective region.

9 IT follow ups for transactional issues correction and UAT confirmation by assuring of smooth
Sales Process.

10 Outstanding follow up by adhering credit policy.

11 Scheme difference, Price difference, and other CM/DM release execution.

12 Timely Communication w.r.t Outstanding/scheme/ Price change, Credit on holidays dispatch
& loading message clarification.

13 Quality issue related query tracking from RM/Sales Executives

14 Follow up with Inactive Dealer and addressing their query.

Skills Functional

1 Ability to work on computers

2 Fluency in English and working knowledge of Kannada.

3 Knowledge of Sales Cycle / Tally / SAP (S&D module) / any ERP is an advantage

Soft / Behavioural

1 Highly disciplined with excellent time management skills

2 Aptitude to deal (talk) with variety of people in local language

3 Excellent interpersonal communication skills, Patience, and team player
