Job DescriptionWe are looking for a high-performing Sales and Business Development Manager with experience in software and cloud-based software sales, to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential and will be required to drive the sales execution of your region including creating a sales execution plan and converting the plan into sales numbers.Responsibilities:• To give online demos to our new customer and converting them to be paid customers through online/telecalls.• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with Chartered Accountants & IT software sales firms.• Get customer lists from the above network and convert those clients to Imprezz users.• Own key accounts and develop strong relationships with end customers and CAs & IT software sales companies.• Cold Calling.• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Requirements:• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.• A degree in business administration or a related field.• Desired but not necessarily to have connections IT Software sales companies and CAs.• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.• Strong business sense, cloud solutions, SaaS and overall industry expertise of selling software or IT solutions.• Need to be a go-getter with an aggressive personality, driven by performance and strong analytic skills.Professional qualifications:• Minimum 6 years of experience in BD and Sales functions including channel management• MBA and Under graduation in Engineering preferred
